When I was a kid I remember this crunchy food made of cassava plant it is called in our place “ Keping” . It’s very difficult to make this kind of crunchy food it takes three days. But it’s so delicious and no preservatives it is good for our health, kids also love to eat this because it is crispy and yummy. This is also my mama best recipe her in our province specially during summer time and the heat of the sun can help this food to cook to make it crispy.
