Last week my cousin visited in my place because its summer. There family roaming around the island to saw the beauty of nature here. So because she married a foreigner her husband really amazed on this place...so try to see also the pics were I uploaded above...lol

Oxidative Stress

Here is a new discovery I found at www.oxis.com. I found out that oxidative stress is harmful for the skin. It makes the skin look old that we will be required to use anti aging creams to solve it. But what if you have lots of problems, like money and if you are suffering from diseases like Cancer, kidney infection or worse, kidney malfunction, Alzheimer's disease and many other diseases? Won't it contribute to oxidative stress too? The answer is yes. So we need to be careful.

If we do not have money, surely there are many simple products as well as fresh produce that we can consume to help us. Products which are anti oxidants are important solutions for oxidative stress. And Oxis International Inc. have all that in their products. They use L-­Ergothioneine (“ERGO”), a known super antioxidant in all that they produce.
